Eudon Choi

Eudon Choi is a guy who has gotten around the fashion world. Born in Korea, he was initially trained as a menswear designer in Seoul, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of tailoring techniques and a great eye for detail. After 4 years of experience in menswear, he moved to London to attend the Royal College of Art's MA in womenswear.

Eudon was hired as a senior designer at All Saints a year before graduation and his RCA graduate collection was sold at London's Dover Street Market. In 2008 he became a senior designer at Twenty8Twelve before leaving in 2009 to launch his eponymous label. Shop some of this amazing collection here.

I really love the clean line, minimal use of color, and daring yet sparing and appropriate use of texture. Wrap skirts and popover tops are a runway trends we've been seeing in the past few seasons and Choi definitely makes his mark with his own take on the silhouettes. Thoughts on the fez (Turkish style hats) anyone?
